This notice covers this website. It is short because the site does very little: it has no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no third-party trackers.

This notice covers www.tetherhealthgroup.com only. BreatheFree is still in development and is not available to use; when it is released it will have its own in-product privacy notice and consent flow covering health information, which this notice does not address.
The short version
We do not set cookies, we do not run analytics, and this site loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images. If you never use the early-access form, we do not learn who you are.
If you do use the form, we receive the email address you give us and use it to reply about early access. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing list.

What this site collects automatically
Nothing that we control. There is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no embedded video, no web font served from a third party, and no cookie set by this site.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server access logs — typically IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — for security and operational purposes. Those logs are created by the host's infrastructure, not by code on this site, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
What the early-access form collects
When you submit the early-access form, you choose to send us:
- Your email address — required, so we can reply.
- Your name — optional.
- Which description fits you (for example "clinician or care-team member") and which health area interests you — both chosen from a list.
- Anything you write in the free-text message box — optional.
How it reaches us. The site is static and has no server of its own. The form composes a message in your own email application, addressed to support@tetherhealthgroup.com, and you send it. That means you can see exactly what is being sent before it leaves, and it travels as ordinary email.
Please do not send us health information. The form asks which health area interests you, not whether you have a condition. Ordinary email is not a secure channel and we do not want your medical details.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to reply to you about early access to our products, and to answer whatever you asked. This is done on the basis of your consent, given by choosing to write to us. Withdrawing it is as simple as asking us to delete your message.
Who else sees it
Our email provider processes the message in order to deliver and store it, as any email provider does. Beyond that, we do not share, sell or transfer your information to anyone. We do not use it to train machine-learning models.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access enquiries until the relevant product has launched and we have contacted you, or for two years, whichever comes first — and sooner if you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold very little — usually one email — we can normally act on these requests quickly.

Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects people who have already written to us, we will say so in a reply rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
