Products described here are in development
This site describes products we intend to build, and the stage each one has reached. Descriptions of planned functionality are statements of intent, not promises. Features, timing and availability may change, and a product described here may never be released.
Nothing described on this site is currently available for clinical use, and no statement here should be read as a claim that a product has been reviewed or cleared by any regulator.
Third-party services we mention
We list quitline telephone numbers and other external services as a convenience. Those services are run by other organisations. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and listing them is not an endorsement or a guarantee of availability, hours or suitability.
Using this site
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping that degrades service for others.
- Use the early-access form to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to send anyone else's personal information without their agreement.
Content and intellectual property
The content of this site — including text, design, the BreatheFree application artwork and the Tether Health Group and BreatheFree names and marks — is owned by Tether Health LLC or used with permission. You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.
What you send us
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them to improve our products without obligation to you, and without owing you compensation or confidentiality. Do not send us anything you consider confidential. How we handle contact details is described in our privacy notice.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tether Health LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
