One more thing
Nobody has to do all of this.
Someone can open BreatheFree for the first time in the middle of a craving, use one two-minute breathing exercise, and close it again. The plan, the check-ins and the dashboard are there when they are wanted — not a queue to get through first.
Craving rescue is designed to work offline, one-handed, with no typing required.
